On June 13th local time, Vietnam Phu Yen 257 MW PV Project, undertaken by Energy China as the EPC contractor, obtained the COD certificate issued by EVNEPTC, formally entering the commercial operation stage.

　　The project includes a PV power plant with a total installed capacity of 257 MW and a newly-built 220 kV step-up substation. In November 2018, this project was officially commenced, which renews the construction period for photovoltaic power plants with the capacity of over 200MW in Vietnam, and also marks the fastest construction of a 220 kV step-up substation in Vietnam.
