The first “Belt and Road” Energy Partnership Forum was recently held by China Electric Power Planning & Engineering Institute, which is a subsidiary of Energy China.  Mr. Liu Baohua, the deputy head of National Energy Administration; Mr. Javid Qaem, the Algeria Ambassador to China; Mr. Ahcene BOUKHELFA, the Afghanistan Ambassador to China attended the forum and delivered speeches.
More than 270 representatives from administrative departments of energy, energy companies, research institutes, financing institutes from China and other 18 countries attended the three-day forum.
