With Energy China as the EPC contractor, the splicing work of Thailand's Hydro-Floating Solar Hybrid Project at the Sirindhorn Dam has been started. Located in northeastern Thailand’s Ubon Ratchathani with a planned installed capacity of 58.5 MW, the project is the world's largest hydro-floating solar hybrid project and Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand’s (EGAT) first hydro-floating solar hybrid project. At present, the installation of components and floating body has been completed, and the installation of 22 kV transmission line poles and accessories is nearly completed.
