"Green World - Sino-Philippine Future" Short Video Competition is organized by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of the Philippines, Global Times Online and China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd. The media partner is Philippine News Agency.

University students in China and the Philippines, as well as employees of Chinese and Philippine enterprises, who take part in and witness cultural exchanges and friendly collaboration between the two nations, are invited to submit short videos for the competition.

The participants will use short videos as a medium to illustrate their understanding of the green future and exchange their views on Sino-Philippine relations in this contest.

Please send your works with completed entry forms to videosubmission@huanqiu.com and post short videos with hashtags on at least one social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and Kuaishou. The deadline submission is September 25th.

2. Submission Criteria:

The videos should be based on the friendship between the two countries, highlighting the six themes of this short video competition. The videos should convey positive messages, and should not infringe copyright, portrait, reputation, privacy, other legal or personal interests.

The video is recommended to be controlled within 3 minutes. Acceptable formats include vlogs, speeches, short documentaries, animation, etc. The resolution should not be lower than 1280*720 and shot in MOV or MP4 format. Please make sure it’s filmed in English with accurate English subtitles (Additional Chinese subtitles are preferable).

3. Participation guidelines:

Step 1: Send original works with the completed entry form to videosubmission@huanqiu.com.

Step 2: Post short videos with the hashtag #Worldkaleisdoscope on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and Kuaishou.

4. Copyright:

Please pay attention to the font and music copyright in the videos. In case of any violation, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the qualifications of the entries for participation and awards.
