On June 26 local time, the Dubai Crystal Lagoon Residences Project, jointly undertaken by Energy China International and China Energy Construction Group Co., Ltd., formally received the Commencement Order from the project owner DAMAC Properties. This signals the official start of full-scale project execution. As CEEC’s first housing construction project in the United Arab Emirates, it represents a significant breakthrough in CEEC’s efforts to deepen its presence in the Middle East market and marks a major step forward in the global expansion of its non-power businesses.

Located in Dubai’s core area, the Project comprises eight high-end apartments on Plots #11 and #12, with a total gross floor area exceeding 90,000 square meters.
