On August 4th, CEEC Hangzhou Huadian Huayuan Environment Engineering Co., Ltd. together with PT Energy China Tianjin Indonesia successfully won the bid and signed the contract for the EPC project for a high-efficiency cooling station for a battery factory in Indonesia. This marks a new breakthrough for Huadian Huayuan in the construction of green and low-carbon infrastructure in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, injecting "Chinese wisdom" into the global new energy industry chain.

The project, located in Indonesia's key industrial development zone (Karawang, West Java province), plans to invest US$1.18 billion to build a super battery production line with an annual output of 15 GWh. It is a core strategic support for Indonesia's development of a complete "nickel ore-battery-electric vehicle" industry chain. The company provides a full life-cycle solution for the project, combining high-efficiency energy saving with low-carbon and environmental protection. The solution utilizes advanced technologies such as high-efficiency centrifugal chillers and an AI energy efficiency optimization platform, with a total installed capacity of 105,200 kilowatts. Upon completion, the project is expected to improve overall energy efficiency by over 30% compared to traditional systems, reducing carbon emissions by over 10,000 tons annually, significantly lowering customers' operating costs and contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
