On March 27, the Nengjian·Dongchenfu project—jointly invested in and developed by China Energy City Investment Developement CO.,LTD. and local enterprises in Yantai—was awarded the “Gold Award” at the 2026 U.S. MUSE Design Awards for its unique design concept and exquisite craftsmanship.

Hailed as the “Oscars of the design world,” the U.S. MUSE Design Awards were established by the International Awards Association (IAA) in 2015 and rank among the world’s premier design competitions. The project stood out among numerous entries to win the Gold Award, marking both a high recognition of its design philosophy and quality, as well as a testament to the project’s excellence on the global stage.

The project has thoroughly implemented the requirements for building “quality homes.” Since its launch, it has garnered widespread recognition from clients through its comprehensive, high-quality on-site displays, consistently leading the market in sales performance. In 2025, it ranked third in sales revenue for commercial residential properties in Yantai City and first in Laishan District. The project team worked in close coordination, tackled challenges with determination, and spared no effort to ensure the high-quality delivery of Phase I.
