On May 22,　the full structural topping-out was achieved for the eight high-end apartment buildings on Plots11 and 12 of the DAMAC Lagoons ApartmentsProject in Dubai, jointly　undertaken by China Energy International Group Co.,Ltd. and China Energy Construction Group Co., Ltd.

Located in a key development area of Dubai, theProject covers two plots, Plots 11 and 12, with a total of eight high-end apartment buildings planned, having a gross floor area of　approximately 90,000m2. The design deeply integrates modern architectural aesthetics with functional utility, featuring through-type parking lots, landscape swimming pools,　outdoor activity centers, and characteristic steel structural decorative canopies, creating a modern living space that is both pleasant and functional through high-quality planning.

Upon completion, the Project will further enhance Dubai’s high-end residential supply and provide local residents with better living options and an improved quality of life.
