Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China organized the "Red Study Tour" in Shanghai, Fujian Province, and other locations, themed "Staying True to the Original Aspiration. This activity invited Vietnamese Youth visiting China. As one of the benchmark Chinese-invested energy enterprises in Vietnam, 13 young Vietnamese employees of CEEC Investment Corporation was invited to participate in the program.

The study tour focused on two key dimensions：Red Heritage and Modernization，building a bridge of friendship between Chinese and Vietnamese youth. During the program, CEEC’s participants experienced the dynamism of China's development, observed the vivid practice of Chinese modernization through urban governance and rural revitalization initiatives, and strengthened their cultural understanding and affinity through in-depth dialogue and traditional cultural experiences. During a series of thematic exchange activities, the participants, drawing on their firsthand experience in key China–Vietnam Belt and Road energy cooperation projects, vividly shared practical examples of how CEEC has implemented its core development philosophy of "Innovation, Green, Digital, and Integration" in Vietnam. They fully demonstrated the company's corporate responsibility in localized operations, green energy cooperation, community co-development, and cultural integration. Phan Thi My Hanh, a young employee from CEEC's Hai Duong Viet Nam Power Company, shared her reflections: "This study tour has strengthened my belief that what we safeguard is not only the lights of countless homes across Vietnam, but also the light of friendship that unites the hearts of the Chinese and Vietnamese peoples and will be passed down from generation to generation."

Since the launch of the study tour program in 2025, CEEC Investment Corporation has selected a total of 25 outstanding young Vietnamese employees in two batches to participate in themed study activities such as "Light of Ideals" and "Staying True to the Original Aspiration." Through concrete actions, the company has continued to carry forward the traditional friendship between China and Vietnam, allowing the profound bond of "comrades and brothers" between the two countries to shine with youthful vitality.
