On July 30 local time,the Project Team of CEEC46 MW Biovea Biomass Power Plant in Côte d'Ivoire, as the LeadPartner，jointly conducted a reforestation activity in the Kotoagnoa State Forest Area in collaboration withtheProvincial Directorate of Water and Forests of Aboisso, BIOVEA Energy, YVEONGO, and several Chinese enterprises in Côte d'Ivoire.A total planting area of one hectare was covered in this activity, with 1,111 saplings planted.As the largest biomass power plant project in West Africa, thisactivityrepresents a key endeavor by theProjectTeam to fulfill its corporate social responsibility as a ChineseSOE.

Mr.Colonel Aman Baka, Director oftheProvincial Directorate of Water and Forests of Aboisso, highly praised the joint reforestation effort. He expressed his gratitude to CEEC for its continued commitment to local ecological conservation and for taking theactivityto coordinate multiple stakeholders in restoring degraded state forest lands. He noted that this demonstration forest initiative fully demonstrates the company’s dedication tolocalcommunity contribution, setting an excellent example of collaborative ecological restoration in the region.
